General conditions of sale of our products

Article 1 – Objet

The following conditions regulate the sales of the company Le Vent à la Française.

Our products' prices are listed in euros, excluding taxes, except if indicated otherwise, and excluding export's processing and shipping costs..

If you are ordering from a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the concerned product(s). Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be imposed. These rights and sums are not under the control of Le Vent à la Française. They will be at your expense and under your full responsibility, as much for declarations as for payments to the authorities and competent organizations of your country. We recommend you to ask your local authorities about these issues.

All orders, regardless of their provenance, are payable in Euros.

The company Le Vent à la Française reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be charged based on the current rate at the time of the validation of the order and depending on availability.

The products remain the property of Le Vent à la Française until the complete payment of the price.

Warning: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, any risk of loss or damage of the products is transferred to you.

The contractual informations are presented in French and will be confirmed no later than the validation of your order.

The company Le Vent à la Française reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in case of a supply problem, or in case of difficulties concerning the order placed.

Any order placed on the website revendeurs.leventalafrancaise.com assumes acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete agreement to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, with no exceptions or reservations.

The entirety of the data provided and the registered confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.

You certify that you are perfectly aware of this.

The order confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

A summary of your order's details will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.

Validating your order involves the obligation for you to pay the price indicated.

The payment of your order is made by bank transfer or credit card.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, orders for personalized bracelets, in particular engraved medals, cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, you are liable. Any damage to the product during this process may invalidate the right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the return, our customer service department will contact you to find out whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days, the request will be considered abandoned and the items will be returned to stock. No refund or exchange can then be requested.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Le vent à la française will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of notification of your request, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

Article 6 – Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, orders for personalized bracelets, in particular engraved medals, cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.

Our products are offered as long as they are displayed on the site revendeurs.leventalafrancaise.com and within the limits of availability. For out of stock products, our offers are valid depending on our suppliers' availability.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by an e-mail. Your order will be cancelled automatically.

Products are delivered to the shipping adress indicated during the order process, within the period indicated on the order validation page.

In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the shipping period that has been indicated to you.

In conformity with the legal requirements, in case of delay in delivery, you have the possibility to cancel the order under the conditions and modalities specified in the article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.

For shipments made by a transporter, Le Vent à la Française cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the customer's unavailability after several proposed dates.

All of our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee of hidden defects, stipulated in articles 1641 and the following ones In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by mail within 30 days from delivery.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions...). The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the receipt and the return fees will be reimbursed on presentation of the receipts.

The requirements of this Article do not deprive you of the right of withdrawal set forth in Article 6.

The offered products are in conformity with the French legislation in vigor. The responsibility of the Le Vent à la Française company will not be engaged in case of not respecting the legislation of the country where a product is delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of the products or services that you plan to purchase.

Moreover, the company Le Vent à la Française will not be held responsible for damages caused by a misuse of the purchased product..

Finally, the responsibility of the company Le Vent à la Française will not be engaged for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet network, such as a break in the service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

The language of this contract is French. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

All the elements of the website revendeurs.leventalafrancaise.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company Le Vent à la Française. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

The company Le Vent à la Française has the right to collect nominative information and personal data regarding you. They are necessary to the treatment of your order, as well as to the improvement of the services and the information we provide you.

They may also be transmitted to companies that help with these contacts, such as those responsible for executing the services and orders for their management, execution, treatment and payment.

These information and data are also stored for security purposes, in order to respect legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, correction and opposition to the personal informations and the personal data concerning you, directly on the website.
